WELLNESS SCHEDULE + RATES

Wellness yoga sessions are designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced.  All sessions are 90 minutes. Ideally, you should practice regularly, without long lapses in between. You will find that you want to practice – because it works! Practicing yoga is worth the effort – the time and effort you put in will return to you tenfold!
